This repository is just an open list of words, harvested originally from https://www.mit.edu/~ecprice/wordlist.10000.

The list has been trimmed down to only the 5-letter words from the original list, and any words with letters that repeated inside the word have been removed.

The new list is meant to work with iPhone Shortcuts to generate a random 5-letter starting word for Wordle.

Aside from the original list at mit.edu, I used the excellent Regular Expressions 101 and Notepad++ to filter the list.
